RECIPES
STIR-FRIED CHICKEN WITH GREEN PEPPER
Ingredients:
200 gr (7 oz) breast of chicken • 0,25 l (8,5 oz) oil (preference arachide oil) • 2 cloves
garlic, chopped • 3 chopped shallots • 170 gr ( 6 oz) of sliced green peppers
2 teaspoons of red chili, shredded • 6 chinese mushrooms, pre soaked and chopped
Marinade:
1 teaspoon of light soy sauce • 50 ml (1,7 oz) of white wine • 1/2 teaspoon sesam oil
1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 25 gr (0,9 oz) cornflour • 1 egg white, beaten
Sauce:
some salt • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper • 50 ml (1,7 oz) white wine • 25 ml (0,85 oz)
light soy sauce • 25 gr (0,9 oz) cornflour • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Discard the skin from the chicken breasts, slice flesh in small pieces of 3 cm (1.2”)
and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
