· Handset call barring: Call barring function can restrict the calls which meet some
conditions:
o Bar incoming: To preset the function to enable or forbid all receiving
calls.
o Bar outgoing: To preset the function to enable or forbid all or some
outgoing calls.
Ø Bar all: With the function to restrict all outgoing calls.
Ø Bar prefixes: With the function to restrict the listed outgoing
calls. In the preset field, the phone numbers stored are the ones
you intend to restrict outgoing, which are a few of the top digits
beginning from the first one. When successfully preset, the
numbers beginning with the bits of the digits can not be dialed
out.
Ø Off: With the function to cancel the restriction of all outgoing
calls.
· Network call barring: To use the following functions, you have to apply for this
service from your network supplier. The following 3 steps are needed to preset call
restriction:
