4. A confirmation message, ‘Copied to clipboard’ will pop up. Press OK to
acknowledge.
5. Next, navigate to the desired target location to copy the selected item(s).
6. Press MENU and select Paste Icon .
7. When you see the confirmation message, ‘Paste from clipboard?’ press OK to
confirm.
8. The copied item(s) now exist in both the original location and the target
location.
Note: When files with the same file name are copied, a pop-up message will ask
you whether you want to Overwrite the existing files or skip the files with the
same file name. Your response will be applied to all files in that copy sequence.
3.7.3. Deleting Photos or Albums
You can delete multiple photo(s) and video(s), or entire album(s) on Photo Book.
Deleting photo(s) or video(s):
1. From Thumbnail View, navigate to the photo/video you want to delete.
2. To select multiple files or albums, press MENU and select Multi-Select Icon
to enter Multi-Select Mode and make your selection.
3. Once you made your selection, press MENU and select Delete Icon .
4. At the confirmation message, ‘Delete?’ select Yes and press OK to confirm the
deletion.
Deleting entire album(s):
1. From main Album View, navigate to the album you want to delete.
2. To select multiple files or albums, press MENU and select Multi-Select Icon
to enter Multi-Select Mode and make your selection.
3. Once you made your selection, press MENU and select Delete Icon .
4. At the confirmation message, ‘Delete?’ select Yes and press OK to confirm the
deletion.
3.7.4. Combining Files of One or More Albums with a Target Album
To combine the entire contents of one or more Albums with the contents of a
target Album:
1. Select one or more source Albums from the Album View.
2. Once you made your selection, press MENU and select Copy Icon .
