This manual was written to correspond with ikan TimeIt v 1.0
NOTE: without this check box enabled, the only way for a user to access
reports and edit status is through the Admin Login.
c. REPORTS
i. To access user Reports, log in as an administrator, then click Reports on the
MAIN MENU, upper center.
ii. Using Reports, users can display and print all logs of employee activity,
including;
Dates worked
Working hours
Clock in/out times
Break sessions
show reason(s)
iii. To bring up an Employee Report:
1. Along the left pane, check the box next to the user(s) you are interested
in viewing (multiple users can be checked, and displayed, at one time).
2. Select Date Range:
Select a pre-existing time-frame, using the drowp down menu,
or enter specific Start Date and End Date. Use the calendar
function to select date (button looks like calendar)
3. Generate report
Once the report is generated, you can display any reasons
provided in the user’s report by selecting OPTION: show reason
(check box).
4. To Print:
After generating the report, select Print All at the top of the
Report window.
3. Company Information
a. COMPANY SETTINGS – All Features:
i. Start Time – Beginning of work day according to timeclock software
ii. End Time – End of work day according to timeclock software
iii. Grace Period – time given to employee for leeway in schedule, can adjust for:
Entering late
Leaving too early
Exceeding break time
iv. Reason list – reasons for exceeding the grace period fall under Arrive Late,
Leave Early, Exceed Break
To edit, select desired Reason List
Add – a new text field should display. Enter name(s) of reasons. Click OK
when finished
Remove – select a pre-existing reason in the list, then hit Remove at the
top. Click OK when finished
