I.
MAIN MENU FUNCTIONS
a. Main menu
i. Standard / Advanced Modes
STANDARD Mode includes:
o Employee List
o Full/Compact View
o Admin Login
o Settings (displayed as a little wrench, in the upper right of the
window)
o HELP (a “?” denotes the help menu, in the upper right of the
window)
o IN / OUT button
o Employee count (IN:##) & (OUT:##) (bottom left)
o Weekday, Month, day, Year, Current Time (bottom left)
ADVANCED Mode includes:
o All STANDARD options
o Control Panel
o Report
o Admin Logout
ii. EMPLOYEE LIST
The Employee List can be access by all users from the main menu, in the
upper left. It provides a full list of all employees registered, including their
username. Items can be sorted using the column headers at the top.
NOTE: only Administrators can see the employment status of your users.
iii. FULL VIEW / COMPACT VIEW
To see users both in and out of the office, select Full View on the upper
right of the main window. Clicking once will display the OUT LIST as well as
the IN LIST. Here, you can see when users left, which user is out, the period
of time they’ve been clocked out, and their current status. To return to the
previous view, click Compact View
NOTE: If you are on break, it will be displayed in the Full View next to your
username.
b. CLOCKING IN/OUT:
i. Click the IN/OUT button on the bottom right of the window. Enter Username,
Password. Check “Remember Password” to have the User’s password stored for
future log-ins. Select Login.
A screen will pop up, showing the following information:
For Clocking IN:
I. Last OUT time: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm (24hr)
II. “You left: HHH—MM—SS ago”
