Installing into fine washed sand

In order not to exceed the upper limit of the temperature resistance of the cable (which can occur when
it isn´t used correctly, i.e. through operation in the summer months) and to achieve economic
operation, the installation must be fitted with a regulation device which is currently offered by FENIX,
such as the EBERLE EM 524 89/90 + humidity probe ESF 524 001 + temperature sensor TFF
524 002.
3. Warranty, claims
The ECOFLOOR cable circuits' supplier guaranties their correct functionality for a period of 10 years from
installation, the date of which must be confirmed in the warranty certificate (the installation must, however,
be carried out within 6 months of purchase) providing that:

the customer submits the warranty certificate and proof of purchase,

the procedure detailed in this manual was adhered to,

the customer presents records which detail the layout pattern of the cable, the cable connection and
the results of cable insulation resistance measurements,
The claim must be sent in writing to the company which carried out the installation or directly to the
manufacturer's company.
