SERVICE CALL CHECK
Please check the following before calling for service:
1. Place one cup of water in a glass measuring cup in the oven and close the door securely.
Operate the oven for two minutes at HIGH 100%.
A. Does the oven light come on?

B. Does the cooling fan work?
YES _______
NO _______
(Put your hand over the rear ventilating openings.)
C. Does the turntable rotate?

NO _______
It is normal for the turntable to turn in either direction.
D. Is the water in the oven hot?

2. Remove water from the oven and operate the oven for 5 minutes at CONV 450°F.
A. Do CONV and COOK indicators light?

B. After the oven shuts off, is inside of the oven hot?
YES _______
NO _______
If “NO” is the answer to any of the above questions, please check electrical outlet, fuse and/or circuit
breaker.
If both are functioning properly, CONTACT YOUR NEAREST AUTHORIZED DACOR SERVICER. A
microwave oven should never be serviced by a “do-it-yourself” repair person.

and cancel.
