SUBJECT: 20-FOOT VACUUM HOSE

Before inspecting or servicing any part of this machine,
shut off power source, remove key, disconnect the
battery cables and make sure all moving parts have
come to a complete stop.
WARNING
These instructions will describe how to attach the 20-foot vacuum hose to a chipper/shredder. Note that this kit is to be
used only on machines that already have the Two-Speed Blower Kit (PN 71110) installed.

Place the vacuum hose inlet plate over the chipper/shredder hopper so that the hose inlet is on the side near the 1.

Locate the position where the strap latches should be bolted by pulling the latch down to the hopper. The strap

should be tight. Push the strap end into the latch and mark the place on the hopper where bolt holes should be
drilled.
Drill two holes 1/4" in diameter in the hopper.

Secure the strap latch to the hopper with two (2) 10/24 x 1/2 inch bolts and nuts. 4.
