Dry Matter % :
Select the ingredient to change and then select the “Edit Dry Matter %”.
When Dry Matter % is changed, the ingredient will be automatically resized in all the
recipes that the ingredient is used. Also TMR Tracker will detect changes to the DM%
and the user has an option to save or reject the changes.
