1100 WLAN is a DSL modem router designed to provide easy Internet
access. One or more computers can access your DSL line via the various connec-
tion options of the dsl

1100 WLAN. Every connected computer can thus access
the Internet through the dsl

1100 WLAN. With its WLAN antenna, the dsl

1100 WLAN supports both wired and wireless home networks. The so-called
WECT
function (WLAN Easy Config Touch) of the dsl
+
1100 WLAN automati-
cally configures WPA2-encrypted connections between the dsl
+
1100 WLAN
and computers using the included WLAN USB stick and running Windows 2000
or Windows XP.

Connect the dsl

1100 WLAN to the mains power via the supplied mains
power adapter

Turn the dsl

1100 WLAN on and move the WLAN antenna into an upright
position
b Connect the dsl

1100 WLAN with the supplied DSL cable to the existing
DSL connection.
b Plug the included WLAN USB stick into a USB port of your desktop or
notebook computer or connect the dsl

1100 WLAN with the enclosed
network cable to the computer.

For Windows users: Insert the CD, configure the WLAN and Internet
access with the help of the configuration wizard.
ć For Mac and Linux users: Configure Internet access with the help of the
setup wizard in the web browser.
