Number, User ID and Password. You will also be required to complete a secu-

❍ Your password must be numeric digits with a minimum of 6 num-

bers and a maximum of 20 numbers.

❍ You will be asked this information each time you access the

website or telephone system.

If you forget your password—
In the instance you forget your AUTOMATE

password we can send it to the

email address you have registered with your AUTOMATE

Online account.
