The Code Corporation makes it easy to quickly link the Code Reader 2500 (CR2500) and Code Reader 3500
(CR3500) to Bluetooth-enabled devices. Code Corp. will create a small Data Matrix code to be placed on a
device. When the code is scanned, the reader will instantly connect with that device.
To create a code that links the CR2500 or a CR3500 to a Bluetooth device, we need to know the Bluetooth
address (often referred to as the BD_ADDR) of that device. You can usually find the 12-character Bluetooth
address somewhere on the device near the device’s serial number.
