PCB-1213 adJUSTMENT POT

adjustment Screw

The

amp dial setting MdS aHC Remote Control (CaS-2051-10) may not exactly match the current

display on the power source. If precise matching is important, the user can calibrate the system so that

they match using the

adjustment Pot (PCB-1213) found inside the Hall Effect Sensor Assembly (CAS-

1550).

While the system is welding and the AHC is “ACTIVE”, turn the

adjusting Screw using a small

“Jeweler’s Style” screw driver.

As this screw is turned, the current display

on the power source will change. When the display on the

welding power source matches the

amp dial setting, the system is calibrated.

NOTE: This adjustment is not normally needed.
