5. Start-up

• Remove the packaging.

• Check the device and cable for damage.

• Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.

6. Operation

The massage must be pleasant and relaxing at all times.

Switch on the massager using the button. The massage is always started on the lowest setting and in the

first massage programme. Three massage intensity settings can be selected using the +/- buttons. The device

offers six different massage programmes that can be selected by pressing the Mode button. Switching the

device off resets the default settings, meaning that the device will start in the first massage programme and

the lowest intensity when it is switched on the next time.

Using the handles, the contact pressure can be increased or decreased and the position of the device can

be adjusted. Press the button again to turn off the device.

Note

• Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. Otherwise, using the device for longer

can over-stimulate the muscles and cause tension instead of relaxation.

• The device has an automatic shut-off mechanism set to a maximum operating period of 15 minutes.

• Allow the device to cool for 15 minutes before using it again.

• The massager features protection from overheating with an automatic switch-off fixture if the device

overheats. In such cases, let the device cool down for 30 minutes before recommencing use.
