8. What if there are problems

Plug the mains plug into the socket.
The massage chair is not swit-
ched on at the main switch.
Switch on the massage chair at the main switch.
The cutout switch for the mas-
sage chair has interrupted the
power supply.
In this case, please contact Customer Service.
Back rest and leg rest can-
not be raised or lowered.
Back rest and leg rest are over-
loaded or blocked.
Remove the objects blocking the device.
The massage function
stops when the chair is
in operation.
The overheating protection was
triggered.
Switch off the massage chair and allow to cool
down for 30 minutes before switching on again.
The maximum operation period
was reached.
Hand switch does not
work
Hand switch is not configured to
the massage chair
To configure the hand switch, point it towards
the bottom half of the back rest. It should be no
more than 40 cm away.
Press the On/Off button on the hand switch until
the LED above the relax massage programme
lights up. After approximately 3-4 seconds, LED
4 starts to flash and then switches off. The hand
switch is now configured and ready for use.
