16 steps of volume levels. The display is not applicable for the DMP040 (can be
viewed only on external screen).
VOLUME CONTROL—REMOTE CONTROL
1. To change the volume level, push the VOL +/VOL - buttons on the remote.
The volume status icon at the top of the LCD screen changes while adjust-
ing volume. There are 16 steps of volume level adjustment.
2. To mute the volume, press MUTE button. The Volume status icon displays as
follows:
NOTE: The remote control does not function if the unit is docked in an
overhead video unit. The remote from the overhead console unit
is used.
