Chapter 3: System Setup

CAUTION!

Important:
Before using Optical fiber for transferring data, make sure
you have connected an approved Optical Transceiver Module.
User needs to install appropriate and UL approved Laser Class I
Transceivers, rated 3.3Vdc, max. 1W.

3. Once the module is plugged into the LAN module connector, use the

provided screws to secure the module in place. Then replace the cover
plate and the chassis cover to complete.

The components on the bottom of the LAN module is mounted
very close to the base plate of the chassis, you may damage the
components if excessive force is used. When installing or removing,
please handle the LAN module with care.
