Software License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE IS OWNED BY DYNASCAN TECHNOLOGY CORP.

(“DYNASCAN”) AND IS PROTECTED UNDER COPYRIGHT LAWS AND

INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT TREATIES. THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED,

NOT SOLD. IT IS PROVIDED UNDER THE FOLLOWING LICENSE THAT

DEFINES WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO WITH THE PRODUCT.

IMPORTANT: CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSE BEFORE USING THIS

PRODUCT. INSTALLING, CO PYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS PRODUCT

INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS

LICENSE AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO

NOT INSTALL IT.

1. LICENSE: DynaScan provides you with the computer software and grants

you a limited non-exclusive license to use the soft ware under the terms and

conditions of this License Agreement. DynaScan and its component supplier,

Moonlight cordless LTD., own the copyright, and other intellectual property

rights in the software.

2. YOU

MUST

NOT:

a) Make copies of the software except make one copy of the software for

archive or backup purposes.

b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile , or disassemble the software or

merge all or any part of them with another program.

c) Simultaneously load the software to or using the software in more than

one hardware unit.

d) At all times, apply Reverse Engineering, or change, modify, add to or delete from, in a

way whatsoever, the Licensed Software. “Reverse Engineering“ shall mean the

decompilation of object codes to other code forms (decompilation) as well as

disassembling or reverse engineering in any way or form of the different steps of

production of the software.

e) The Licensed Software is licensed as a single and complete product. The

components of the Licensed Softwar e may not be separated for use.

3. TERM: This License shall continue for as long as you use the display system.

However, this License will terminate automatically without notice from

DynaScan if you violate any of its terms or conditions. You must agree, upon

termination, to destroy all copies of the software.

4. GENERAL: This License is the entire agreement between us, superseding

any other agreement or discussion, oral or written, and may not be changed

except by a signed agreement. This License shall be governed by and
