Narrowband Measurement
From any menu press
several times until a narrow-
band measurement screen is displayed.
Narrowband measurement screens show a single
parameter and a frequency range. Both can be changed
by the quick edit function enabled and disabled by
.
Press
to scan frequencies and store the
measurement results.
If a clock is shown, a timed measurement has been set,
refer to Section 3.1 of the Handbook.
When an auto-stabilised or timed scan is in use, the
instrument waits a short while with the highlight on the
lowest frequency, then steps through the frequency
bands.However, when a manual scan is in use, the
highlight will not move until
is pressed to step to
the next frequency band.
Data stored during the current (or other) runs can be
reviewed while more data is being collected. Press
then use the navigator keys to review the data screens.
When sufficient data has been inspected, press
to
return to the measurement screen.
When the run is to be stopped, press
.
Three options are offered:
Stop run (and store data),
Restart run (abandon current run and start a
new run),
Continue run (continue interrupted run).
Select an option and confirm it by pressing
.

shown.
