Install the wall plate back box to the electrical box, use the two supplied 30mm screws. Thread the
screws through the wall plate back box into the electrical box (as seen above).
Note: Do not overtighten the screw or the wall plate back box may warp. Once a small amount of
resistance is felt stop tightening.
Replace the four 4mm screws (as seen above).
Note: If the four holes on the face plate do not line up with the back box, loosen the 30mm screws
on the wall plate back box.
