6. Troubleshooting

If your DVD player does not seem to function properly, check the below items before you contact
your dealer.

Symptom

Make sure the AC adaptor is securely plugged into an AC outlet
Make sure the battery is charged

Power does not

turn on or

suddenly turns

off.

Turn the power off and then back on
Check if the disc format is supported
Check if the disc is not damaged
Check that the disc is inserted with the label-side up

No picture or

sound

Check if the lens is clean

No picture

Check if the LCD is turned on
Check that the display is opened. if it is closed the speakers will be disabled

No sound

Check the volume level
