5. Continue prying the rockers off of the
vehicle while gently pulling the rockers away
from the vehicle. Be careful not to damage the
retaining clips, they will be used in the installation
of the LPE rockers. If you need replacement
retaining clips, you can find the part number in
the “Optional Items” parts list (11610495).
6. Remove the rockers from vehicle. Be
careful when removing the rockers, they can
easily be damaged if forced during the removal
process.
7. Remove the retaining clips from the
rockers by sliding them toward the front of the
rocker, be sure not to break any of the clips as
they will be re-used on the LPE rocker. If any
are damaged the replacement part number is
11610495.
8. With the retaining clips removed, set the
OEM rockers safely aside so they do not get
damaged.
