Minimum requirements
HeartCode BLS Web Server:
• OS: Windows XP or above
• CPU: 1.6GHz or higher
• RAM: 1024 MB
• HD: 1000MB free
• IIS (must be manually preinstalled) or Apache
2.0+ (installed automatically)
- Important: IIS on WinXP, Vista and Win 7 have
a connection limit
• ASP.Net 2.0 (installed automatically)
• Internet access recommended
Laerdal License Server:
(Should be installed on same server as the HeartCode BLS Web
server)
• OS: Windows XP or above
• CPU: 1.6Ghz or higher
• RAM: 256 MB
• HD: 30MB free
• Internet access (required for sending AHA reports)
• Internet Explorer 6 or higher
* Important: If you opt to use Microsoft’s Internet Information Services Web
Server (IIS) then be aware that Microsoft has imposed a limit on the amount
of possible concurrent connections on non-server Operating Systems like
Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you intend to use IIS and will have more
than one person connected at a time, then we recommend using Windows
Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008. Apache Web Server does not have this
limit.
