Watchdog Cooker Series of Turkey Fryers available with
Battery Operated Timer or
Automatic Gas Shut-Off System
Metal Fusion, Inc.’s Watchdog Cooker Series of Turkey Fryers come in a
variety of styles and sizes. Standard features include CSA design
certified high BTU outdoor cookers, thermometers, CSA design certified
hoses and regulators with battery operated timers or automatic gas
shut-off systems for extra safety. The battery operated timer located
on the hose/regulator is designed to shut-off the flow of gas after a
15 minute pre-set time period unless manually reset by the user.
The automatic gas shut-off system stops the flow of gas when the
temperature before it reaches 475 degrees F. These devices and the
supplied thermometers should be used together, along with proper
monitoring by the consumer, to assure a safe and successful
turkey frying experience.
