TERMS OF SALE
1. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days. Initial
order should be prepaid with credit
extended upon approval
by the credit department.
2. MINIMUM ORDERS: All orders must
be in standard master pack units.
3. FREIGHT POLICY: All shipments are
FOB Jefferson, LA.
4. SERVICE CHARGE: Subject to interest
charge of 1 1/2% per month or maximum
allowed by law, on all past due
accounts.
5. RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:
Metal Fusion, Inc. will not accept any
goods without a return authorization.
A fifteen (15%) percent restocking and
handling charge will be assessed. Only
factory master pack cartons will be
accepted. All returns must be shipped
prepaid.
6. PRICES: All prices are subject to
change without notice.
