4. Place rubber leg caps on the lower ends of the legs if JUGS is to be used
indoors. Leg caps are not recommended for outside use.
5. Lift the pitching machine upright.
Important:
Always set up the pitching machine so that the two legs are positioned in
front, facing the pitching screen and batter, and one leg is facing back toward
the operator (see photo, page 2).
WARNING:
Before using the machine, the lock knob, T-Handle and
L-handle must be tightened securely.
Transporting
• To move the pitching machine, slowly tip the machine over until the tires
rest on the ground. Grasp and lift two legs and roll the machine on wheels
to the new position as you would a wheelbarrow. The JUGS pitching
machine will fit in the trunk of a car by removing its legs.
• Do not roll tires on surfaces that might damage the tire. If a tire becomes
deformed, flat, or damaged, it must be repaired before using the machine.

WARNING:
Never leave the pitching machine unattended.
