PROBE MAINTENANCE:
To improve the probe performance and pro-
long its life, it is recommended to clean it
regularly.
• Immerse the tip of the probe in HI7061
Cleaning Solution for one hour.
• If a more thorough cleaning is required,
brush the metal pins with very fine sand-
paper.
• After cleaning, rinse the probe with tap
water and recalibrate the meter.
• When not in use, clean the probe be-
fore storing it away.
CONNECTIONS:
The wires from the probe cable must be con-
nected to the process EC or TDS controller as
shown below. The connections are color coded
for an easy installation.
Note: once the probe is attached to the meter,
it is recommended to calibrate it before tak-
ing any measurement. Follow the calibration
procedure in the meter's manual.
