USE THE CHAIN
HERE FOR TRICEP
EXERCISES.

ATTACH THE CABLES (NOTE THE CABLES ARE THE SAME LENGTH).

NOW ATTACH THE LAT BAR AND ROW BAR USING THE SNAP HOOKS (CC). USE
THE CHAIN (DD) WITH THE ROW BAR OR LAT BAR TO EXTEND THE CABLE
LENGTH FOR CURLS OR TRICEP EXERCISES.

MAKE SURE ALL THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT BEFORE USE. REMEMBER TO CHECK
THEM PERIODICALLY TO MAKE SURE THEY ALWAYS STAY TIGHT.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT PAD AND LEG HOLD DOWN: RAISE AND LOWER THE
SEAT AND HOLD DOWN BY USING BY TURNING THE TIGHTEN KNOB TO
LOOSEN, THEN USE THE PULL PIN TO MAKE THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT. MAKE
SURE THE PULL PIN IS SECURE IN THE ADJUSTMENT HOLE THEN TURN THE
KNOB TO TIGHTEN BEFORE USE.
