4 SATA Command Sets
4.1 SATA Command
The SATA 3.0 specification is a super set of the ATA/ATAPI‐8 specification with regard to supported
commands. The ASD25‐SLC 2.5" industrial grade series SATA 6 Gb/s SSD supports the following features
which are unique to SATA Specification.
4.1.1. Software Settings Preservation
The ASD25‐SLC 2.5" industrial grade series SATA 6 Gb/s SSD supports the SET FEATURES parameter to
enable/disable the preservation of software settings.
4.1.2. Native Command Queuing
The ASD25‐SLC 2.5" industrial grade series SATA 6 Gb/s SSD supports the Native Command Queuing (NCQ)
command set, which includes.
