USER INSTRUCTIONS:
Starting the machine:

Remove the machine
from its packing and make sure ^i packing parts have been taken Onciuding
the protecdon

Lay the machine on a fat and Seady surface far away from hot paces and from the water taps.
Remove the
water
tank
cover
(19) on the
top
of the
machne; extract the
pastic
tube that has a
resin
fer

aached; extract the water tank.

Repace the water tank back in the machine; insert the pastic tube and pay aention not to bend it; repace the cover
(19) in its right position.
Insert the power cord (1) in the mans. Make sure that the waii socket is of the right vohiage.
Piace the fer hoder (l2) under
the
brewing group
(13) and turn
it
from the ieft
to the right.
Leave
it
there
so that it
can get warm and it gets ready for use.
Turn on the machine by pressing the man switch (2); the buNd-in pot iight confirms that the machine is on. The coffee
group and the seam boMer recharge go on automaticaiiy. Press the hot water toggie switch (20) up: once
water wii
flow out of the water tube (11) press the toggie swith (20) down.
Press the steam group man

Check that the tank contans water. ATTENTION: te inernai tank has a speciai floating device that controis the water
ievei. In case of iack of water, the water missing pot iight (17) comes on automSicaiiy and at the same time the sound
aarm buzzes. Piease fi the water tank wth water (as descritied under ^ardng the machine, points 3-5): this wii shut
of the pot iight

the
buzzer, confirming
that the water
ievei
is
suitabie. NB: the water
tank
must be fed
in
wth water ti the MAX ievei indicated on the appance body.
FoNow the instrucdon at point 9 in case the above wrrien operations have not been yet done.
As soon as the pot iight coffee ready (4) goes on, the machine is ready for use.
Piace the fer (25-26) in the fer
hoder (12). Lock the fer hoder
(12) in the brewing group (13) turning it from the
ieft to the
right,
after having poured the desired
quantity of ground
coffee (1 doser
(23) corresponds to
1 coffee dose;
to get 2 coffee
cups pour 2 dozers of ground coffee in the fer
hoider (12) ) and after having pressed
it properiy wth
the pressing tooi/tamper (22).
Piace the espresso cup/s on the cup rest (14). NB: this machine has a removabie tay (14) for espresso cups and a drip
grNi (15) for cups/mug of max. 11cm height.
NB: The coffee
switch (5) has 3 positions:
up it's on, in the middie - neutrai, down it's of. Turn the coffee switch on
(5) to sart brewing and once you have reached the desired quantity of coffee press the toggie switch (5) down to sop
dispensing the coffee.
Remove the fer hoder (12) from its support (13) and throw away the coffee grounds. NB: Piace the fer
hoder (12)
empty (without coffee) back in its support (13) in order to maOan the entie coffee group at the suftabie temperature.

wth water ti the MAX ievei indicated on the appance body.
Switch on the seam group by pressing the seam man switch (6) (oniy^ if it has not been yet done): the pot iight (3)
gets on. The machine is at the rirht temperature, ready to make seam.
Piace the cup/mug wth the drink to be heated under the seam tube (10).
Press the toggie seam switch (9) up paying aention
that the steamer aiways says immerse in the iiquid, to avoid
possiloie hot drink sprays.
Press the toggie steam swtch (9) down to stop seaming and remove the seam tube (10) from the cup/mug.
The seam tube (10) can become extremei'y hot so make sure to handie it oniy^ touching the rubber safety proecdon.
Ciean the seam tube (10) accordingi'y wth a normai damp coth.
