FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY

the conlmnlal United Stales by the original
consumer, Avanti Product. Inc.. wHI at its
option, repair or replace any part of the
AVANTI Refrigerator or Freezer which proves
to be defective in material or workmanship
under normal use. In commercial or rental
appKcation. the warranty period is ninety (90)
days. During IMs period, Avanti Products will
provide al parts and labor necessary to correct
such defects, free of charge, so tong as Ihe
appliance has been mstalled and operated in
accordance with the written instructions
lurhisned with Ihe appliance.
The customer wilt be responsible lor cost of
service calls resulting from problems
considered Normal Responsibilities of User
(See paragraph so eniiOed).
To obtain service on your Avanti Refrigerator
or Freezer, refer to Ihe Directory of Avanti
Authorized Appliance Sennce Stations and call
the cfosest company for inspection and repair
o1 the appliance under the terms o1 this
warranty. Al Avanti Appliances of 3.5 cubic
loot capacity or less must be broughVseni to
the applicable service shop tor repair.
LIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH
YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY
For Ihe s«cor>d through tilth years ot use,
Avanh Products wilt make available a
replacement compressor as may be required
due to taüure. In commercial or rental use, this
addrtiorrat limited compressor warranty is one
(I) year and rrine months. Any and all labor
charges tor determination ol cause of failure,
mstaRation of the replacement compressor and
transportation / handling charges lor shipment
ol the replacement compressor will be Ihe
responsibility ol Ihe user.
Cartage charges 1oi rroving the appliance to a
service shop (as may be required) and back to
Ihe user’s home will also be the user's
tesponsibiitty.
EXCLUSIONS
Avanti Products shall not be responsible for
contení tosses, Inddentat or oortsequenlfal
damages resulting from the faflure ot the
product to conform to any express or Implied
wananty. In addition, Avantf Products Is not
responsible for service cNIs which do not
Involve detects in materisf or vrarfcmansh^ or
other external causes such as atxne, misuse,
inadequate power supply or Acts ol God.
Therefore, cost ol replacement or repair of the
following items, pails or tabor, will not be
considered warranty repakr.
1- Evaporator doors.
2* Evaporator door springs and / or frames.
3- Inner door panels (Includes plastic door
shelves) and chest Ireezer Rd Uñera.
4- Door shell rails and / or supports.
5- Vegetable crisper,
6- Vegetable crisper covers (gtsss or plastic).
7- Light bubs andtor plastic housings,
a- Plastic cablnel Kners.
9- Punctured evaporators whl^ wiU void Ihe
warranty on the comptete refrigerating system,
i.e. compressor, condenser, evaporator and
related tubing.

Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico
and/or any faeign country,
NORMAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF USER
1- Proper Instalalion and use of the apptiance
in accordance with instructions supplied with
Ihe Relrigeralor or Freezer.

4* Proper connection to power supply ot
sufficieni voltage.
5- Replacemenl of blown fuses.
6- Repair of loose connections or delect In
house wiring.
7- Accessibility of the appHanoe to the service
technician for repair.
The user must keep a copy of the Bill ot
Sale, or Payment Record verifying the
purchase date to vatfdale tMs warranty.
