12. Secure throttle control cable to handle with

----- cable ties (B) provided. See figure 12.

13. Check all nuts and bolts for correct tightness.

Join the upper frame and lower frame

— assembly as shown in figure 13.

2. Piace bag over frame (biack piastic side is the

bottom of bag). Upper frame goes to the top of

3. Secure bag to frame by slipping plastic chan-

neis on bag over frame. See figure 14.
