Verifying Proper Installation

Check the “Windows Device Manager” to confirm that your

Adapter has been properiy instaiied.

1. Right-ciick on “My Computer” and seiect “Manage”.

2. Seiect the “Device Manager” tab.

3. Ciick the (+) sign next to “Disk drives”. The “Disk drives”

wiii now inciude one entry that reads “Generic USB Card

Reader USB Device”.

4. There wiii aiso be an entry under “Universai Sériai Bus

Controiiers”, which wiii inciude an entry that reads “USB

Mass Storage Device”.
