Broiling
• For best results, use a pan designed for broiling.
Setting the Controls for Broiling
1. Press the BROIL pad.
• BROIL will flash in the display.
• 000 will light in the display.
' For additional broiling tips, refer to the “Cooking Made Simple”
booklet.

2. Press the A pad to select HI (high) broil or the T pad
to set LO (low) broil.
• Select HI broil for normal broiling.
• Select LO broil for low temperature broiling of
longer cooking foods such as poultry.

3. There will be a four second delay before oven turns on.
When oven turns on:
• The BROIL symbol will light in display.

4. For optimum browning, preheat broil element for 3^4 Expect broil times to increase and browning to be slightly
