THREADING THE BOBBIN CASE
Pull thread at least 3 inches from bobbin.
Insert bobbin in bobbin case so that
thread will unravel clockwise .

Draw thread under the tension spring and
into the fork-shaped opening of the spring
as shown in Fig. 3.

Pull thread through hole in bobbin case
finger as shown in Fig. 4.
(Recommended for zigzag sewing only)

TO ADJUST BOBBIN TENSION
• Turn screw on side of bobbin
case clockwise to increase
tension.
Turn screw on side of bobbin
case counterclockwise to
decrease tension.
