ESTUFA VERSIÓN ESTÁNDAR:
■ Sostenga un fósforo encendido en el
borde del QUEMADOR AUXILIAR y
abra la VÁLVULA AUXILIAR. (Fig. 21)

ESTUFA VERSIÓN ESTÁNDAR:
■ Sostenga un fósforo encendido en el
quemador principal antes de abrir la
válvula de combustible. Abra rápida-
mente la válvula de combustible, por lo
menos dos vueltas completas. (Fig. 14)

ELECTRÓNICO:
■ Abra rápidamente la VÁLVULA DE
COMBUSTIBLE dos vueltas comple-
tas mientras gira la PERILLA DE
ENCENDIDO en el sentido de la
manecillas del reloj, hasta que
encienda la estufa. (Fig. 15)
PRECAUCION
Una llama persistente muy alta y ama-
rilla indica saturación o fuga. Cierre la
válvula de combustible, deje que las
llamas se consuman y que la estufa se
enfríe. Dé vuelta la estufa para vaciar
cualquier combustible del quemador
y séquela. Revise las instrucciones y
vuelva a encender la estufa.

low or fl ame self-
extinguished. Little or no
pressure in fuel
tank. Check that fuel cap is tight and pump 30
strokes.
Yellow fl ame. Excess fuel in
burner. A yellow fl ame is normal until the
generator warms up. If yellow fl ame
persists, turn off stove, allow fl ame to
self-extinguish and the stove to cool. If
necessary, invert stove to remove excess
liquid fuel from the burner. Follow lighting
instructions.
Low heat. Generator tip
plugged. A yellow fl ame is normal until the
generator warms up. If yellow fl ame
persists, turn off stove, allow fl ame to
self-extinguish and the stove to cool. If
necessary, invert stove to remove excess
liquid fuel from the burner. Follow lighting
instructions.
Low heat. Faulty generator. Turn LIGHTING LEVER up and down
several times to clean generator tip. Be
sure to use only fresh and clean fuel.
Persistent small
yellow fl ame. Faulty generator. Replace with a new generator.
Persistent high
yellow fl ame. Failure in the
fuel delivery
system. May need to replace pump assembly.

Yellow smokey
fl ame. Spider webs,
insects, or other
obstruction in the
burner and air
tube. Remove burner to inspect and clean the
burner and air tube.
Pump does not
pressurize the liquid
fuel canister. Pump seals are
dry or worn. Squirt a few drops of oil in the OIL HOLE in the
pump cap. This will keep the pump functioning
properly (Fig. 26). If this does not correct the
problem, replace the pump seals or purchase a
new pump assembly.
Intermittent yellow
fl ame after extended
use on low heat
setting. Flame requires
adjustment. Adjust the fl ame to a slightly higher level
with the FUEL VALVE.
