2.2 Starting a training session
When you enter
TRAINING
mode, your Suunto t6c automatically searches for signals
from a transmitter belt. Once found, your heart rate is displayed on the screen. The
training session itself starts when you start the log recorder and ends when you stop
it.
Using log recorder
By default, the log recorder (
CHRONO
) is displayed on the top row of the
DISPLAY 1
. You
can personalize the
TRAINING
mode displays in the
DISPLAYS
settings.
To use the log recorder:
1. In
TRAINING
mode, start the log recorder with [Start Stop]. While the log recorder
is running, you can add training laps with [Lap +].
2. Stop the log recorder with [Start Stop].
3. Continue with another timed session (lap) with [Start Stop].
To reset the timer and view the last log summary, keep [Lap +] pressed.
NOTE: The log recorder must be stopped before you can reset it.
