Grill Assembly
DOOR ASSEMBLY
16. Attach the left cart door to the left cart assembly
by securing the hinges with four M4 x 10 Phillips
sunk screws . (See Fig. 16)
17. Attach the right cart door to the right cart assembly
by securing the hinges with four M4 x 10 Phillips
sunk screws. (See Fig. 17)
INTERIOR PARTS ASSEMBLY
18. Insert the fl avor grids into the cutouts with triangle
ridges facing up. Make sure the fl avor grid with the
long side is installed next to the bottom IR burner.
Install main cooking grates on the ledges provided
on the grill to create your cooking surface. Rest
bread warming rack on four slots above cooking
grid. (See Fig. 18)
