The Studio Projects B1 is an externally polarized cardioid pressure gradient
transducer microphone with FET impedance converter. Diaphragm material
is 3µm mylar for natural reproduction of vocals and instruments. It features
a selectable pad and high pass filters as well as three directional pattern
settings: omnidirectional, cardioid and figure of eight. The output circuitry is
active and is capable of driving long cable runs. The B3 is useful for all man-
ner of recording work and music styles.
