Step 1:
Assemble the Bottom
Panel (B) and Bars (C)
to the Side Frames (A)
using Screws (E) and
Washers (D). The
bottom panel curves up.
Step 2:
Screw Wheels (F) into the bottom ends of
the side frames using the wrench (included).
The locking wheels are the front wheels.
Step 3:
Slide Handles (G) through the loops of the
Laundry Bags (H).
Step 4:
Place the laundry bags in the cart.
