SPOUT INSTALLATION
DO NOT REMOVE THE SPOUT PROTECTANT HOOD PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

- Remove the Quick Connect Spout Shank and Mounting Hardware (14) from the box.
- Remove the mounting hardware (cramped metal washer and brass lock nut) from
the Quick Connect Shank.
- From the top of the deck, insert the quick Connect shank with the brass plate
through the assigned spout hole.
- Secure the quick connect shank by putting the washer and locknut back on the
shank.
- Tighten the lock nut firmly.

- Remove the faucet from the box.
- From the top of the deck, insert the spout (1) and flange (2) onto the top of quick
connect shank.
- Align the spout and tighten the set screw (15) with the Large Allen Key (17).
- Insert the spout plug (16) into the spout back hole.
- After the valve bodies are installed, connect the spout shank (14) to one of the
outlet port of the handle valve bodies (12) and (13) **
Note: for better installation it is advisable to place silicone caulking around all holes
on the top of the deck

HANDLE TRIM INSTALLATION
1.
- Unscrew both pre-assembled handle trim 6) with top lock nuts(7) and rubber
washers(8) from the valve bodies (12) and (13).
- Slip the valve bodies (12) or (13) up from the bottom of the tub through the
appropriate hole next to the spout. From tub top, insert the rubber washers (8) and
screw the top lock nuts (7) and the handle trim (2) back onto the valve bodies.
- Make sure that each handle turns freely in both directions. If the handle is scraping
against the stem, lower the valve body to reduce the friction.
