LED Lighting Kit Installation Instructions
Note: For those individuals that are not technically inclined, we would strongly recommend that
you bring your vehicle to your local mechanic or installer and have them install the part or parts
for you. Pivotal Powersports Corp. is not responsible for the installation of any of our products.
Tools that will assist you in installing your new LED Lighting Kit…
Diagonal cutters for cutting wire, zip ties, etc. Wire strippers/ crimper for stripping wire and/ or
crimping crimp connectors. Wrench/ adjustable wrench for removing panels and/ or loosening
battery terminals. Screwdriver for removing panels and/ or loosening battery terminals. Allen
wrenches for removing panels or fairings.
A soldering iron is another great tool to have handy when
installing the LED lighting kit. You can solder the wires to the
terminals on the switch, or use it to connect the LED light pods to
the power wire. The soldering iron is not required for installation
though.
Some other items that will aid in the installation are zip ties, for
securing loose wires, crimp on spade terminals, for connecting
the wires to the switch, and a roll of electrical tape, for covering
any exposed wires or terminals.

Installation Instructions
Disconnect the vehicle’s battery and remove any body work that will have the LED light
pods located behind them. Using the supplied alcohol cleaning wipes thoroughly clean
the back of the LED pods and the areas where the lights will be mounted.
Firmly adhere the double sided tape to the
back of the LED light pods. Carefully mount the
LED light pods loosely in the desired locati
Run the power wire from the battery to the
furthest LED light pod. Using the red crimp
connectors, connect the LED light pods to the
power wire as shown in the diagram to the
left. Connect the power (Red) and ground
(Black) wires from the LED light pods to th
power (Red) and ground (Black) of the main
power wire. Continue running the main pow
