Open the folder named “Installer” and then
open the file named “readme”.

Follow the instructions in the “readme” file to
install Photo Loader.

IMPORTANT!

• See the “readme” file that comes with Photo Loader for

information about what you need to do to be able to use

existing libraries after updating, re-installing Photo Loader,

or moving Photo Loader to another computer. If you do not

follow the correct procedure for installation, you may not be

able to display existing library information or calendar

format HTML files with Photo Loader, or imported image

files may be deleted.

Playing Movies

You can use QuickTime, which comes bundled with your

operating system, to play back movies. To play back a movie,

first copy the movie to your Macintosh and then double-click the

movie file.

To playback movies on your Macintosh using QuickTime, install

CASIO AVI Importer component from the CD-ROM that comes

bundled with the camera.

Installing CASIO AVI Importer component makes it possible to

play back AVI format (MPEG-4 standard) movie data recorded

on a High Quality Movie digital camera on a Macintosh, using

the QuickTime application that comes bundled with the

Macintosh operating system.

Installing CASIO AVI Importer component

1.

Place the CD-ROM that comes bundled with
the camera into your Macintosh CD-ROM
drive.

• Use the CD-ROM that has “AVI Importer component” on

its label.

2.

Open the folder named “Movie Component”.

There you will find a file named “CASIO AVI Importer.
