1. Assemble the legs (G) to the bottom of the
spool base (A) using carriage bolts and nuts
(K). Insert bolts thru the 4 outside holes on
the bottom of the spool base and thru legs.
Attach nuts and tighten securely.
See Figure 1.
2. Insert the axle (F) thru the holes in the
legs (a hammer maybe needed to insert
axle). Place one spacer (N) onto axle, then
slide the tire on the axle. See Figure 2.
3. Push the tire insert (M) into the rim of
the tire (E).Place the washer (P) onto the
axle. Attach securely with the nut (O ).
Repeat steps for other tire. See Figure 3
