You can use Google accounts to synchronize phone and computer contacts,

Email
On the main menu, click e-mail.
If you have multiple email accounts, select the account you want to use.
In the Inbox of E-mail account, choose to write messages.
Then choose to the email address that you want send e-mail contact.
You can also enter an email address. Each address separated by commas.
Enter topic, then enter your content. Then select “Send”.
All
e-mail accounts use the same inbox.
