IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
WARNING—To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always make sure the
product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling,
relocating, servicing, or cleaning it.
WARNING-To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or serious personal
injury:
• Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet before relocating, servicing,
or cleaning it.
• Do not plug/unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
• Do not operate the product if the power cord is cut, damaged, or if the wires are
exposed.
• Keep the power cord and product away from heated surfaces, including stovetops.
• Do not immerse in or expose the base, power cord, or plug to water or other liq-
uids. Do not attempt to open any part of the base.
• To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug; do not
pull on the power cord.
• Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the
power cord could fray and break.
• If using an extension cord with this product, the marked electrical rating of the cord
set or extension cord must be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending. A scraper may be used
but only when the blender is not running.
• Do not operate the product if it has a damaged power cord or plug, malfunctions,
or is dropped or damaged. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not at-
tempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel
should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your
choice for inspection and repair.

• This product is intended for use in blending food products; do not use the product
for any other purpose.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not in-
tended for use by children.
• Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use, especially when children are
present. Extra caution is necessary when using this product near children. Always
unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
• Do not use attachments, including canning jars, not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended
by the manufacturer may cause a risk of injury to persons.
• This product contains exposed sharp metal blades. Use extreme caution when
handling.

• Siempre desconecte la licuadora del toma de corriente eléctrica antes de reaco -
modar o limpiar.
• No conecte o desconecte la licuadora con las manos húmedas o mojadas.
• No utilize la licuadora si el cordón eléctrico está cortado, el alambre esta descu-
bierto o dañado en alguna otra forma.
• Mantenga la licuadora y cordón eléctrico lejos de superficies o articulos que ge-
neren calor incluyendo las estúfas.
• No exponga o sumerja el cordón eléctrico, ploga eléctrica o la base motora en
agua o ningún otro líquido. No intente habrir la base motora.
• Cuand o desconecte de la toma eléctrica, jale directamente del enchúfe. Nunca
del cordón eléctrico.
• No sobrecarg e la linea de corriente eléctrica donde conecte la licuadora, el
cordón eléctrico podría quemarse, romperse y podría cauzar un incendio.
• Si va, a utilizar una extensión eléctrica, la extensión eléctrica debera de ser igual
o de más amperage que las especificaciones eléctricas de la licuadora.
• Mantenga las manos o utensilios fuera del vaso de la licuadora mientras la utilice.
• No utilize esta licuadora si está dañado el cordón eléctrico o ploga, no funciona
correctamente, se a caido o dañado. No intente abrir o reparar la licuadora usted
mismo. Esta licuadora no utiliza partes que puedan ser reparad as. Unicamente
personal calificado debera de revisar y reparar esta licuadora. Lleve este aparato
a un centro de servicio para inspección y reparación.

personales graves.
• Esta licuadora tiene navajas muy filosas. Tenga mucha precaución cuando las
quite y ponga en el vaso de la licuadora.
