1. Dig a 42” deep by 20” diameter hole at both post locations. Be sure to bell

out the bottom 12” of the footing for added stability.

2. In the next few steps you will need a Level. The 42”x 20” footing will

require approximately 1/3 yard of 3000 psi concrete (18-20 60# sacks of
premix concrete). More will be needed if you dig a larger hole. Make certain
you have enough to finish the job. Allowing a portion of the footing to dry
while you purchase more concrete will weaken the footing.

3.Mix the concrete according to the instructions on the bag. It is better to

mix it slightly too wet than too dry. Fill ONE of the holes full to ground
level with as little time between batches as possible.

4.Insert Ground Sleeve into wet concrete。Insert the Adjustable Stem into the

Ground Sleeve and vibrate Adjustable Stem several time to ensure
concrete is adequately surrounding the Ground Sleeve.

5.Use your level to make certain the Ground Stem is straight and plumb.
6.Install other Ground Sleeve by repeating above steps.
STOP HERE! Allow both footings to cure for seven days before
proceeding. It is advisable to temporarily place the (2) Ground Sleeve
caps provided on top of both Ground Sleeves to prevent rain for
collecting inside the Sleeves during cure time.

7.Positon the posts to the (2) Ground Sleeve. Notice the Slots on the post are

face to the Court.

8.Slide one Winch Clamp, one Net Hook Clamp and one Pulley Clamp

through the Slot on one of the posts. Secure the Winch Clamp onto post by
tightenning the (2) 3/8”x1.2” Hext Bolts. Notice the top Pulley Clamp and
Net Hook Clamp is at the approximate net height you desire. The Winch
Clamp is at approximate 5’6” height from ground. Secure the Net Hook
Clamp and one Pulley Clamp onto post.

9.On the other post, slide the other Winch Clamp, Pulley Clamp and Net

Hook Clamp onto the post. Notice Net Hook Clamp is at the top on this post
and the Pulley Clamp is between Net Hook Clamp and Winch Clamp. See
Figure A

10. Unpack Volleyball Net. Lay net out flat on the floor. Notice the big Rope

is TOP ROPE and the small Rope is BOTTOM ROPE. Attach a loop at
TOP ROPE to the Net Hook Clamp at the top of the post.

11. Drape the other end of the TOP ROPE over the Net Pulley at the top of the

other post. And then attach the loop to the Winch.

12. Attach the Winch Handle to Winch and tighten the TOP ROPE.
13. Attach looped end of the BOTTOM ROPE to the Lower Net Hook Clamp

and other Winch by repeating steps 11 and 12.

14. Next, measure net height in the middle of the net. Remove tension from

net and adjust all four clamps as necessary until proper net height is
achieved.
