GLASS TRAY
PROBLEM
CAUSE
The glass tray will not
move.
• The glass tray is not correctly in place. It should be correct-side up and sitting
firmly on the center hub.
• The support is not operating correctly. Remove the glass tray and restart the
oven. If the hub still does not move, call Sears Service at 1-800-4-MY-HOIVIE®.
Cooking without the glass tray can give you poor results.
TONES
PROBLEM
CAUSE
You do not hear
the programming or
end-of-cycle tone.
• You have not entered the correct command.
