Guarantees this washer in all parts and labor under the terms established in this

Warranty, from the date the consumer receives the product accordingly, considering
the following:

COVERED CONCEPTS:

Defects in workmanship that prevent totally or partially the proper operation of the
appliance.
Repair, replacement of parts or replacement of the appliance.
Repair labor and transportation costs derived from the fulfillment of the warranty within
our service network. The above are at no cost to the consumer.

THE WARRANTY IS NOT EFFECTIVE IN THE FOLLOWING
CASES:

When the product has been used in other than normal conditions (the washer is not for
commercial or industrial use).
When the washer has not been operated in accordance with the washer’s Instaliation,

Use and Care Guide.
When the washer has been altered or repaired by persons or establishments not
authorized by VITROMATIC COMERCIAL, S.A. DE C.V.

PROCEDURE TO EFFECT THE WARRANTY:

Present the Warranty with all the product’s details in the identification form of same at
any of the Service Centers listed in the product’s Manual, or to the dealer where you
purchased the washer. The repair period will be no more than 30 days, from the date
of receipt of product in the Service Center authorized by the importer.

TERMS:

This Warranty has a ONE YEAR length for all parts and repair labor from the date the

consumer receives the product accordingly. This warranty covers the washer in the

following additional periods:

4 years for gearcase assembly
9 years for tub
