WARRANTY FOR YOUR
WASTE COMPACTOR
During your first year after purchase, all parts of the appliance which prove to be defective in
materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge (parts and labour).
For any home service beyond 32km (20 miles) from the nearest Company-authorized service
organization, there will be a charge for the cost of transportation and travelling expenses for the
excess distance.
Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted throughout the remainder of the
original warranty period only.
This protection covers your home use of the appliance. The same protection applies to any
subsequent owner during the applicable warranty period based on the original owner's purchase
date.
This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, improper installation, fire, flood, or
acts of God.
This is the only warranty covering this appliance given by the manufacturer.
The provisions of this warranty are in addition to and not a modification of or subtraction from
the statutory warranties and other rights and remedies contained in any applicable legislation.
